As a recent fan of Leverage who has watched the first three seasons back to back, I have to say that the third season is as good as anything else that has gone before.
The second season lost something when Gina Bellman was replaced part way through the season due to her being pregnant, but season 3 picks up the pace nicely when she returns full time giving us that original chemistry we grew to love in the first season.
There is obviously a bit more development of all the characters, but they still remain essentially the same characters, with all their quirks and humour intact.
Only problem with this set is that for some reason episodes 11-13 seem to be in the wrong order.
The Rashomon Job should have been episode 11 with King George job being episode 12 and Morning after job being episode 13. This is most noticeable when at the end of The King George job when they mention they are going to go after Mark Vector, who was the target in the previous episode on the DVD.

it is a bit mucked up, some of the episodes are in the wrong order,

If you loved the S1 & S2 you have to get S3 to keep. There's no second guessing the twists in the plots & each episode is a stand alone movie. However, it's good see how the characters are all developing into a team the whole of which is greater than the sum of the parts & there is an underlying current throughout the whole of this season culminating in a spectacular gun fight in "The Big Bang Job". Get it & Enjoy.

Good try!
Season three goes a little bit nutty - the plot lines are not as good and a few episodes are just awful in its delivery. Thank goodness season four is soo much better
