If you are doing your Diploma with city and guilds beware of buying this book. C&G have different unit numbers so I, as an assessor and my learners have found this confusing. Yvonne has also added an extra learning outcome in SHC21/201 which is not in the standard ie 'be able to respect equality and diversity when communicating' and then she has followed this with learning outcome 5 which is actually learning outcome 4 in the standard. Disappointed, as I used Yvonne's texts for both the previous versions of the NVQ which is why I bought this.

I am doing my diploma level 2 health and social care for work at the moment ,this book has been great for helping along with this. would be stuck without it. it has been easy to follow.
