It's stated both here and on the box that this software is compatible with Vista. However, I found it would not work properly on my computer.
When I contacted the software firm concerned, Avanquest, to ask for helpdesk support, they emailed me back to say the software is not compatible with Vista and no upgrades are available. I'm therefore returning it to Amazon and thought I would post here to warn others.
It looks to me as if the software would probably be very good if you have an older version of Windows and can actually get it to work.

the games are very basic, and the animations are quite boring. I am better off using a book.
