5.0 out of 5 stars Touching read, 7 Mar 2009
Such a shame this book doesn't seem to be in print, it's a beautifully told tale of lifelong friendship and the sort of trivia and tragedies we all experience. Very cleverly told, as you only get the letters from Constance, but still manage to know Sheila through them. Intelligent and touching, recommended for ladies of a certain age!
