This title teaches the phonetics of letters. I bought it for my 2 year old daughter who enjoys watching it very much. The framework is a story in which the characters (Leap, Tad, Lilly) have to put on a presentation of 'talking letters' (which make their own sound). In the process, Tad goes through 26 rooms in the letter factory learning each letter and its sound. The writers have kept this interesting by theming the rooms and giving character to the talking letters. My daughter learned her letters in a very short time with this. The only downsides are 1.) Letters that can make 2 sounds (e.g. 'C' or 'I') only make their 'main' sound in the video; and 2.) For (british viewers) the american accented vowel sounds and 'zee'.
