A jolly song for the time of year, an antidote to all the bad news and a sentiment that will ring true for many!
The premise on the BBC One Show was to commission a Christmas Hit that contained all the traditional elements; melody, a tune and a positive message. Hiring a former member of Squeeze made sure this was delivered.
The video was naff, the song perhaps old-fashioned, and it probably failed to chart, but the clever hook line is there to stay in your head long after the tinsel has been put away for another year.
