Product Description

The women of the Sisterhood are fun, smart, sassy, and determined to get their way every time. But most of all, they are the best friends a woman wants by her side in good times and bad. Meeting once again in Myra Rutledge's beautiful Virginia home, they're ready to face a new challenge and right a vicious wrong...

Alexis Thorn, once a successful securities broker, spent a hellish year behind bars for a crime she never committed. Now she has her freedom, but she's left with haunting memories of being hauled from her office in handcuffs...of the cell door clanging shut behind her...of her pleas going unheard. Meanwhile the real criminals - her former employers, Roland Sullivan and his lover Arden Gillespie - continue to make millions by conning the innocent, especially preying on the elderly and taking their life savings. Alexis dreams of getting even. The legal system failed her, but the Sisterhood won't. They have a delicious plan that can give Sullivan and Gillespie a taste of their own bitter medicine...

awful!!! 11 Dec 2007
Format:Mass Market Paperback
this is a waste of paper. the ideal of the story really appealed to me but it just didnt work as something that made you wanna keep turning the pages. it is clearly part of a series and if you havent read any of the previous novels a lot of the book just goes over your head.

give it a miss

Getting Caught 30 Aug 2006
By Shelly Itkin - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
If you are following Ms. Michaels Sisterhoold series I think you will truly enjoy this one.

As always the memebers of the sisterhood are at risks but this time they are so afraid of getting caught that Myra convices Charles to visit an old friend of hers and see if they might be able to use her residence as a safe haven.

Alexis was a successful broker who was framed and imprisoned for being set up by Arden Gillespie and Roland Sullivan. Thanks to Ms. Gillespies cunning ways she gets Roland to go along with her although he is not comfortable with the plan but is intrigued and infatuated witih Arden.

The results are fantastic and they are dosed with touches of humor which only Ms. Michaels can provide. Since I dont want to give it away lets just say Ms. Gillespie will never look the same again once the sisterhood are done with her.

I highly recommend it.

Poetic Justice... 27 Mar 2008
By Susan Calvin - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback
If you are reading the Sisterhood series and have made it to this book, let's face it, you are a fan. This book will not disappoint. The series is entertaining and touches that part of our psyche that likes to see the good guys (or women in this case) triumph. The women of the Sisterhood have been wronged by the justice system. They are not entirely wrapped up in their own problems though, their experiences have made them even more sensitive to the plight of others. With Myra's billions and Charles's expertise and resources, there is seemingly nothing these women can't accomplish. Relax and enjoy the world of the Sisterhood.

Enough of Sisterhood! 2 Feb 2009
By deb - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback
Not much different than the others in the series. Fern needs to hire another publisher as there were 5 spelling errors in this book (pages 79,85,90,112,and 151). Discouraging to find a published work with so many errors.
