By Richard
The new series on the Fantastic Voyage label takes 8 main areas of blues activity in the State which means 24 CDs sold seperately as threefers according to region.
Beginning where the blues began-New Orleans-the sets are in chronological order and cover just about every known name.
Some names are unknowns-John Rabbit Brown and Lillian Glynn were the first to cut a blues single in New Orleans in 1927.
So many blues comps today are without sleeve notes and are cheapskate productions for the mass market but there's always a new label wants to do it right.
As Amazon constantly cease to provide track details for what they hope to sell you have to go to the label's own website when it should be here.
No wonder nobody reviews any of these and other CDs -they buy them elsehere.
So Amazon if anyone is reading this then cut it out
