We used this map with the 212 ROAD map as well, and throughout our stay on Lesvos I had both maps open at the same time. The 212 ROAD is good for the detail of roads in towns and villages, eg the roads where the hotels are in Skala Kallonis. This one is good for showing more tracks and smaller roads, eg the Kalloni salt pan tracks. Both are erratic for reservoirs and rivers and neither are 100% accurate. When using the tracks we took the advice of the hire car rep at Tsalis in Skala Kallonis, he was always correct and very helpful. Get the most up to date map you can as the roads are being improved all the time. If I were only buying one map I don't know which of the two I would choose, perhaps go by availability & price.
