The new range of gluten free products under the name “Les Recettes de Celiane” is quite unique because it is based on the recipes of a young French lady called Celiane who herself is gluten intolerant and decided to develop new recipes that are not only genuinely 100% gluten free but taste as appetizing as products should taste rather than the mundane choice available to her which often lacked variety as well as good taste.
This new range is produced by a company called Alterial France in dedicated gluten free manufacturing facilities based in France by a management team with over 20 years gluten free production experience. This expertise brings not only great tasting products using the recipes but more choice through a dedicated range of fruit filled muffins, Madeleine style cakes, biscuits, tartlets, shortcakes, bread and ready to eat meals which are unique and individually sealed to retain the freshness.
