I was about to order a laptop but looking at Apple imacs and their neat all in one package got me thinking maybe the all in one route was the way to go for use in a open plan living area (neat and discreet). Ordered and received next working day, quick and easy to setup, great build quality, lovely keyboard and a joy to use (I haven't even started to explore the touch screen fully, but it works very well on initial check). I would recommend without hesitation, and great value for money when you compare spec to HP's and imacs etc.

I didnt buy this from amazon but I have had this computer under a week since my 7 year old acer died. This computer has given me nothing but grief since I got it. It constantly crashes, you have to unplug the mouse and keyboard every time you turn it off or nothing works not even the touch screen. If you want help from their support you HAVE to "donate" £28 to them to pay for their technicians. No joke. If you are thinking of getting this pc dont. Just dont. Save your money and get something else

I bought this computer 9 months ago as our previous tower computer was getting very very slow. We were delighted with it- it was very compact, all the works built into the screen, sat very neatly on a small table in the work area of the kitchen and worked like a dream. The only early problem was flies landing on the touch screen led to several magical mystery tours! BUT.. In late August I switched it on one morning to get the message 'operating system is missing'. I tried to contact Lenovo and failed; I was in the midst of organizing my daughter's wedding and couldn't do without a computer. So I used the One-Key Recovery option- and discovered that I had lost ALL the information stored on the computer about the wedding (yes, I now back up everything important). Thank goodness for hotmail- at least I still had all the emails, even if not the most up to date spreadsheets. Then exactly the same thing happened this week. This time I contacted Amazon who tell me this product is not currently available through Amazon- and if it becomes available again I would advise anyone to steer well clear of it- and they have offered me a refund, which I am accepting. It does not make up for all the extra hassle and heartache caused by the initial loss of data.
Lenovo's help desk has been remarkably unhelpful. On the website there is no way of sending an email; there is one phone number - sales- open only Monday to Friday 9-5, and giving 2 other numbers for technical support, had to listen to them 3 times as they are spoken too fast, only to discover that they don't exist anyway.

My recommendation? Don't touch this computer.

Being a mac user for the last 20 or so years I was a bit wary about changing to a PC but after reading the reviews and comparing prices I bought the Lenovo it arrived promptly and was very easy to set up. However, on day 2 the touch screen started to have a mind of its own so I contacted telephone support who told me how to turn it off, so far so good. My only complaint then was windows 7 with its constant reminders and numerous messages
10 days later the thing would only boot up in Dos so again I called support who said send it back. I asked how long for repair and was to;d that normally 10 days and they repair quite a lot. They offered to send me a returns label by. by EMAIL I pointed out that I cannot receive emails as their computer did not work.
I then contacted Amazon who were brilliant and returned the Lenova to them for a refund. Well done Amazon
I then bought a mac problem solved.
