Lemsip Max Sinus Sachets Lemon and Menthol Flavour Dual Action: For the relief of the sinus pain and congestion associated with colds and flu, including relief of aches and pains, headache, nasal congestion and lowering of temperature. Lemsip Max Sinus contains a combination of ingredients which are effective for the relief of sinus pain and congestion associated with colds and flu, including relief of aches and pains, headache, nasal congestion and lowering of temperature. Paracetamol is a well-known painkiller effective against aches and pains, including a headache, and can also reduce a fever. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride reduces swelling in the passages of the nose, relieving nasal congestion and reducing the pressure which may cause a headache. It is important to drink plenty of fluids when suffering from colds and flu. Do not take any other paracetamol-containing products. As with all medicines Lemsip Max Sinus may not be suitable for some people. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredient, you have a serious heart condition, you have high blood pressure, you are taking or have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI antidepressants) within 14 days. You should ask the pharmacist before taking Lemsip Max Sinus if you are pregnant, have Raynaud's Syndrome, have diabetes, have a problem with your liver or kidneys, have liver disease caused by regularly drinking large amounts of alcohol, you are a woman with a history of pre-eclampsia, you have phenylketonuria (an inherited genetic disorder), or you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars. Other Medicines may influence the effect of this product: Beta-Blockers, or Vasodilators for high blood pressure, or Tricyclic Antidepressants, other decongestants, or barbiturates. Some drugs may affect the absorption of paracetamol including those used to treat blood cholesterol and nausea and vomiting. The effect of blood thinning drugs may be increased by paracetamol.

They really work. The powerful menthol smell is incredibly reassuring even if you have cold / flu rather than blocked sinuses.
