My 7 year old loves it. It took him about a day concentrating very hard to put it together but needed very little help. The added bonus is the adjecting seat and R7, which he is telling all his friends about.

I honestly didn't think I would find myself writing a review about a Lego set I purchased for my nephew but on Christmas Day he got the present and after page 5, he was resigned to defeat and asked me for help. Of course, I helped but only wanted to help a little bit. Being a big child, I decided to complete the fighter and felt a sense of relief. You would laugh when you discover that a 40 year old had trouble assembling this but that's the truth. I have to hand it to Lego though - the quality of the pieces and colour are first class but considering the number of pieces, the set is a tad overpriced.
