Excellent! 10 Aug 2002
Format:Spiral-bound
This is an excellent book of ideas very clearly presented with a nice sense of humour. All of the projects work and are easily built with the included lego technic bits (though some of the larger projects require additional basic blocks). The bits alone would cost more than a tenner to buy by themselves..

I bought this book on the strength of the reviews on Amazon, and it has not disappointed. It is a little too complex for my 5 year old to actually make the models, but he enjoys 'helping' and both he and my two year old enjoy using them - especially the sweet dispenser. My wife has also built the machine that drops a Lego parachutist out through a trap door - this was also very successful as a rainy day's after school activity.

Lego addict 14 July 2003
By A Customer
Format:Spiral-bound
Brought for my 5 year old lego addict this proved to be good value for money and a useful addition to his kit. Not all models are possible without additional lego which we didn't have however held his interest as much as any other kit, but provided alternatives (machines rather than robots). Instructions are easy to understand and book is well illustrated.
