There has been some confusion in other reviews about the type of film this is so I hope to clear this up by saying it is more of a coming of age drama. It is the story of a dysfunctional family. A young wrestler, with the world at his feet, goes off the rails and feels guilty about his inability to help save his dad after a tragic car accident. 10 years or so later his younger brother seeks to come to terms with himself, who he is and where he belongs in his family and so sets about trying to make contact with his older brother who has has been flitting from job to job with numerous run-ins with the police. The story unfolds around the backdrop of school wrestling and the younger brothers journey in this sport whilst trying to restore harmony to his family life. I would say this is a feel-good movie, story wise it is extremely predictable but that doesn't detract from some great performances. Well worth a watch.
