ok, just to clear things up this box set contains "The Dark Elf Trilogy" including "Homeland", "Exile" & "Sojourn".

This collection of books were written after "The Icewind Dale Trilogy" but take place before the events of "The Icewind Dale Trilogy". I would recommend reading "The Dark Elf Trilogy" first, it simply makes more sense that way.

Anyhow, I would recommend these books to anyone looking for an enjoyable read & whilst some may say that R.A Salvatore's language is simple or he doesn't add much detail when compared to authour's such as J.R.R Tolkein but i feel thats whats make them so enjoyable, as a comparatively light read.

Nowhere is it made clear that these titles have previously been on sale as individual books. In fact it is implicit that the use of the words 'New' and 'No customer reviews yet. Be the first.' indicate a brand new product. This leads to customers like myself ordering books we have already purchased and read. I consider that the return costs ought not to be deducted from the refund amount. Other customers be aware.

one of the best fantasy series i've read. Detailed environments that seems so alive you could be standing there yourself, and characters that are easy relate to and understand

one problem though: once you pick these books up you can't put them down
