1.0 out of 5 stars Abysmal 2 Nov 2012
By Dissatisfied - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I was excited to read the final installment in the laws of love series. It turned out to be very uninvolved and repetitive. The lack of romance would not have been bad if the overall story was good. I was left with unnatural dialogue and a heroine who didn't know her own mind. In the end the epilogue turned out to be the best part because I knew the torture was finally over. Smh at the sour closing note to a promising series.

3.0 out of 5 stars No heat here. 20 Oct 2012
By Miss Jai - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback
I thought this book was boring. There were no love scenes in the book whatsoever. What is a romance novel without the love scenes??? In my opinion, it makes the story. Also, this book just dragged on & on about secrets that were being kept. Perhaps I am just more direct but I thought the secrets should have been brought forward and discussed well before they were in the book. I thought the ending could have been tied out a lot more since it appears this was the 3rd and final book in the series.

I had such high hopes for this book but in the end I didn't like this book at all. Sad that I can't get a refund back.

2.0 out of 5 stars Legal Attraction could have been so much better. 17 Jan 2013

I use to like reading books by Jacqueline Thomas but now I'm finding her books boring. I could deal with the fact that her books have no "heat" but her style of writing lacks any punch, and has no humor. Legal Attraction had the potential to had been a good book because it had a good story line and the characters were developed, but the delivery was just too boring.
2.0 out of 5 stars Left Hanging 17 Jun 2014
By ryeme - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
This story had promise but it left me hanging in the end. I knew from the second book in this series who the anonymous source was but I still don't know the why, why that person decided that now was the time to spill the beans 27 years after the fact. For all talk of the lead character being all grown up (which was told over and over in the story) she acted like an unsure teen not a full grown woman. I still didn't understand why she was still living at home with her parents and how they didn't notice her condition. I could go on and on about other parts of the book but, basically, this story had too many inconsistencies for me it didn't close the series left too many unknown issues.
