Just finished reading this and thought it was excellent! A well written book which perfectly balances detail and description with action all the while drawing you further into the Legacy Universe with its compelling characters and storyline.I Couldn't put the book down and can't wait for the second book. 5 stars!

An enjoyable sci-fi story with believable and likable characters. It's very easy to read and the story flows so well that you always want to know more - which is why I've already bought book 2!

This is the first time I've actually read a sci-fi book as I always thought it would be hard to actually visualise what's going on if it's an unknown alien world - I was wrong! The descriptions are so well written that sometimes I felt like I was actually there looking at it!

Gentle Reminders is what I call a Good Old Sci-Fi book.

Its so well written with charecters that you can relate too and what to know more about.
The story line-well I am not going to give anything away however I will say the plot will get you hooked!

I have to say Martin has created a universe I want to visit time and time again.

This is a book that you cant put down...........BUY IT NOW
