Although the Internet has obviously changed the ways in which students approach study, these slim volumes have been the staple diet of students for many years and it still contains a wealth of information on "To Kill A Mockingbird" - story, plot, characterisation, structure and historical significance.

They have withstood the test of time and, while they cannot guarantee it, they tend to involve more serious reading and note-taking than the cut-and-paste which can be used as a substitute for proper study using the Net. They are produced cheaply, which is an attractive feature, and they contain all the basic information and guidance required to deepen a student's appreciation and understanding of this lengthy, complex novel. This has been an examination text for many years now and thousands of students have benefited from its tried-and-tested advice.

As a fan of Brodie's Notes I was expecting a certain quality of product. This is what I got.
