In this age of fast food and instant gratification take pause to reflect
one John Ruskin who's fame has somewhat diminished over time.
He was an intellectual Force of the Victorian age who's th
oughts and boundless energy swept all before him giving rise
to a new prosperity of thought and enlightenment to the englis
speaking world.
His actions where equivalent to his words in altering perceptions
about Art, Architecture and the renewal of past, almost lost
crafts.sadly most only remember his falling out with Whistler
and the court case which wounded them both.He deserves
a new public appraisal and a place among the pantheon of
histories heroes......
