This was ordered to replace a chest freezer of the same external dimensions. Well it only holds a fraction of what the chest type does and had my wife in tears. My fault for not checking one out physically in a shop.
Pros: It is probably a lot better insulated than the old ones.
Cons: it has no light to tell you if it is on. It has three draws but the bottom drawer is only half size and that is where the advert misleads.
This freezer is OK for left overs and very small ready meals. No good for pizzas, or whole loaves of bread or family tubs of ice cream or seasonal gluts of fruit & veg or two for the price of one offers. The tiny drawers require very careful management indeed and large loaves have to be cut in half to fit.
My advice. Go and check out freezers in a shop before ordering by mail and be prepared to pay a bit more for the next size up. Wish I had.
