My collection of vintage satchels is slowly growing. I now own brown one, a green one and the tan one is my latest addition. This mustard tan is gorgeous - the pictures don't really do the satchel justice because you can't feel how tactile the leather is or smell the hide. It's all so very real.
This was the first satchel I've got from this company but I'm definitely coming back for more. The quality of the experience is legendary. I've was telling my girlfriends over lunch.
Competitively, it was cheaper than some the other satchels I bought due to it being in a sale, and obviously more expensive than those cheap imported copies, but with regards to crafsmanship this is far superior to the others! I guess that's why they have the confidence to offer a 5-year guarantee. I've never been able to buy anything before, except white goods, that was so well made it came with a 5-year guarantee. It's a real experience.
You have to try one, don't miss out.

Absolutely stunning bag!! From the moment you open the neatly wrapped parcel, the smell of rich leather fills your nostrils and the amazing crafstmanship is apparent on first glance. Once you hold the bag, you will feel in awe!
The thickness and quality of the leather fills you with confidence that you have purchased an item you can have for years and years to come.
There are a few cheaper alternatives on the internet (unbranded and with no guarantee) which I very nearly bought, before finding 'The Leather Satchel co' and I am relieved that I didn't buy from anywhere else!! The 5 year guarantee alone is worth the extra cost and let's face it, you get what you pay for and with this, I feel like I got best deal I have had in years!!
The tan colour is beautiful and goes with eveything and has a vintage, 70's look to it.

I love this satchel, it's just perfect and amazing. The color is the same as the photo's. I'm considering to buy another one in other color because i really like the vintage look of this satchel. I was afraid about the size, cause it maybe could be too big for me, but the lenght is not exagerated and is perfect for carry books and college/work stuffs.
The price is also ok, not too much for a leather bag. When you see the cuality of the material, you know that this is almost a bargain!
