This book is really very good; the chapters (or units within a section)are small enough to read easily. Each is written by a different expert so they are in a fresh style. The illustrations, supporting tables and diagrams are simple and clear.

I am due to start a Primary Education Degree in September and I wanted to prepare a bit beforehand so I ordered this book as a friend recommended it. When it arrived I wondered what Id let myself in for as its quite a long book. However, I soon realised by flicking through that it is ideal for dipping in and out of. It makes topics very easy to understand and I knew when I purchased it that I would use it throughout my degree and I have now received my reading list and it is in fact on it! A brilliant buy
