I can't recommend this book highly enough as a resource for beginners and experienced tarot readers alike. The book is very thoughtfully laid out with digestible chapters followed by thought-provoking exercises designed to encourage growth of your tarot reading skills. The book is based on Joan's web site and is available online, but it's still worth having a printed copy...

I have been reading Tarot Cards for twenty years and have been professional since 1986, however this book is fascinating and an excellent learning tool for beginners. The presentation of the book and the way in which the lessons are set out is very easy to follow. The author provides useful tips throughout the book. Recommended reading for anyone wishing to learn more about Tarot.

A Must !!! 12 Feb 2003
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
This book by Joan Bunning is an excellent tool for beginners to get up and running with interpreting what the cards mean. If you have never used tarot before but are thinking about starting, i strongly suggest that you get this book along with a deck of rider waite tarot cards. Joan provides an example of a previous reading she had done for a client, and it was amazing to see how the cards had changed over a period of time. Thoroughly recommended..
