4.0 out of 5 stars So helpful, 13 Nov 2003
By A Customer
If you work in the field of teaching English as an Additional Language to students in mainstream British curriculum education in the UK, then this book is an excellent resource. It would also be extremely helpful to a mainstream teacher wanting to support an EAL Pupil in their class. Australia is at least a decade ahead of the UK in EAL support provision and in training of educators in this area. Thoroughly recommend it. Easy to read, practical and relevant.
