1.0 out of 5 stars Don't bother!, 29 Nov 1999

This workbook doesn't help anyone learn how to lead. It merely gives tests to indicate whether you already are or are not a leader. I had to complete this workbook as a pre-req to some leadership training I underwent recently. Many of the suggestions that Chapman makes for leaders to be successful simply aren't realistic. Further, he does not provide any documented processes or methods for the reader to adopt. The case studies are laughable and hardly representative of the real world! Just another 'quick fix' read for organizations that want to believe they're providing their employees with something of substance. Better luck next time...?

This little book touched on some highlights on leadership and management the just fit the bill for me. Worth reading.
