I bought this book whilst I was entering my second year of 'Post Graduate Certificate in Education'.
Too big for a 'handbook', this book and the copious others that I purchased, were on the library shelf at home rather than in my college bag which is where you would have thought a handbook to reside.
As instructed be my college tutor, I did not read the whole book, I simply dipped into sections that were relevant to my particular assignment. But I found that it helped me to attain a fuller understanding of the theories that underpin the study of group dynamics.
