Hi, I am a 2nd year learning disability nurse studying at Demontfort University in Leicester. My module leader is one of the authors of this book Chris Knifton. He recommended his book to us. I think some of the group were a little skeptical at first but I can assure you, this book is a gem. I keep it with me all the time and whenever I am on placements qualified learning disability nurses ask me where they can purchase it from. Some have been qualified for over 20 years but think its a great buy. Thanks to Chris and Dave for writing this and to all the others who contributed to it.
