On first receiving the fruity teether I was very happy. It looked sturdy, colourful and above all practical for teething babies. This because it has various textures which will give baby different nibble surfaces and it's quite easy to grasp for tiny hands. However I try to sterilise all that goes into baby's mouth, including this teether and it was quite a disaster. All the fruity bits have melted and they've shrunk as well. Granted the instructions don't menton sterilisation, but one would imagine this is one of the first requirements of a teether. In short it looked very nice but is not very useful as it's now a colourful blob.
On relection I'm not sad. It was not an expensive product and it doesn't say it's BPA free anyway. I won't buy any other Learning Curve products though as a result of this, because a company should get the right. Like teether => needs sterilasation.
FYI: microwave steriliser, 6 min
Company can improve product by:
add BPA info and cleaning instructions or warning it's not microwave sterilisation friendly on both packaging and website.

I am rather disappointed with this teether, which before purchase very much appealed to me thanks to the bright colours and varied shapes and textures. As soon as I received this product and before giving it to my baby daughter, I tried to sterilise it in boling water, but after no more than 2 minutes it melted and stuck together ... To be fair the packaging does say to "wash" or "wipe" the teether, but it certainly does not say NOT to put it in boiling water. Given that teethers are designed to be put into baby's mouth, it is very important that they can be sterilised properly - not the case for this product. I have written to the manufacturer hoping to receive some feedback ... No word from them so far. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
my baby loves this with all the different colours on it and she can also chew it to her hearts content. Would make a lovely gift for someone.

Ridicullous! Dont buy it!!!!
Dont buy it! All that goes into baby's mouth, including this teether, needs to be sterilised. I did it and it was quite dissaster. The product melted completely. Read more

Lovely, shame you cant pick colour

Easy to grab for small hands
These little fruits are slightly bendy making them great for my son to manoeuvre into his mouth. The ring is easy for him to grab. Good as a 1st teether/toy.

Fruity teether

Good little teether.
Great design, looks good enough to eat! A bit difficult to move the fruits round on the ring though, and my son got a bit frustrated!
