This book is very brief and just covers the bare bones of various techniques.

I've tried some of the suggestions and found them useful, but I would have liked a bit more detail. That said, at just 86p, it's worth buying.

This really does what it says on the tin- it gives you some really easy tips for how to meditate, making the whole business far more simple than we've all been led to believe. Best of all, it does it in just a few pages.
