This is so good. I am a beginner and could follow it easily. It was taken in small groups of steps with very clear explanation. It is graduated with 11 dances of different levels.
It also has a section where she explains each step, by name, that will be used in dances.
She also discusses etiquette and dress for those wanting to try it out at a public line dance. For me though, this is REALLY fun and good exercies and I love doing it at home just for fitness.
At her suggestion I use my own (rock type) music with similar rhythm patterns and just get lost in my own music as I practice and enjoy the dances.
As I am not great spatially in 3-dimensions or clear about left and right (my ambidextrous confusion) - being able to take it slowly and to stop frequently through the use of the DVD recorder, gives me a real chance I mightnt get quickly in a large class.
Hope there will be a #2 sometime.
