My 4 year old daughter loved the film and so we decided to get the Leapster game to go with her Leapster 2. It was an instant hit! Two modes - creative mode and story book mode. I found storybook mode to be over rather quickly, although from a 4 year olds point of view this is probably not a problem as she feels she has achieved something and is happy to have another go. My major gripe is that during one of the games, the user is asked to select a lower case letter but is only given the option of choosing an upper case one. When the game is reversed, the user is asked instead for an upper case letter yet this time only lower case ones are available to choose! Disappointing from Leapster, I have been impressed with all their other games. It's not a very good start for teaching children about their letters. This doesn't seem to bother my daughter, she doesn't know the difference between the two yet anyway, but it does bother me.

I cannot rate the game as yet as it hasn't been played with yet however I would like to leave feedback about the packaging. The game is NOT in the plastic coated box which is how it is advertised. It comes in a cardboard box which has to be ripped open therefore is unusable afterwards. This means I now have to buy my daughter something else in which to store her games. Very very bad Amazon. I will be making an official complaint.
