With Leapster Explorer the game dynamically adjusts the curriculum to the player's skill level so it's not too easy and not too hard. The Leapster Explorer was bought as a replacement for a different brand equivalent, that was faulty. I got this Sponge Bob game at the same time and although I had hesitations whether this product and games would live up to its reviews, I am to date really impressed. Fun race games, with spelling and phonics, excellent graphics for price and ergonomically designed for small hands, even the cartridge shape ensures minimal likelihood of damage. I hope this lasts..........

This was a present for my 5 year old's birthday, and he loves it, his big brother who is 10 also likes it says its like Mario Kart so I think that says it all.

Not great for LeapPad
The most important issue I would like to point out is that this game, like many other cartridge games is made for the Leapster - but sold as good for Leapster and LeapPad. Read more
