But something strange is happening in the gallery—the colour is disappearing from the artwork! Join the Pip Squeaks as they guide you through the five wings of the gallery. Make your way through mazes, solve puzzles and collect clues to help crack the case and restore the art to its former glory. Then head over to the Art Studio to create your own masterpieces using Crayola colours and tools! MYSTERY MODE In Mystery Mode, navigate tricky mazes to make your way to the next destination! When you come across a blank canvas, use your skills to restore the artwork. When you come across a hidden clue, rub the screen to reveal your next steps! Curriculum: Spatial reasoning, pencil control, following directions, creating with technology DRAW IT! Take step-by-step lessons in drawing! Use the pen to trace lines and restore the pictures in the Gallery, then add your own colour to the image. Curriculum: Creativity, tracing COLOUR CATCHER Use the D-pad to steer Roy G. Biv’s Colour Catcher invention around the screen. Listen to the directions to pick up the correct dots, and watch the catcher’s tail grow! In Activity Mode, try to make the longest tail possible! Curriculum: Cognitive development, colours PICTURE PUZZLES Move the shapes across the screen to match them to their correct place in the puzzle. Build a new picture and reveal a hidden clue! Curriculum: Geometry MUSIC MATCH Watch the shapes light up, listen to the musical tones, and then touch the shapes in the picture in the same order to make a musical match! Curriculum: Music, memory skills, sequences FREE DRAW Use Crayola art tools to draw and colour whatever you like! (The Colour Explosion and Glow Station tools become available after they're unlocked by playing in Mystery Mode.) i purchased this for my daughter for christmas she really loves drawing and colouring this game is perfect for those things as well as loads more it has fun games which children play and do not realise thay are learning so much

There's only a few leapster2 games that are made for 3 year olds, and this is one of them. My daughter is obsessed with Dora but this game gets as much playtime and does a great job encouraging artistic expression.
