Bright, strong and practical, the LeapPad Backpack is perfect for storing the LeapPad and all the associated interactive books.
With a green body, yellow trim, blue closing flap yellow and purple straps, the bag is bright and made from sturdy, washable nylon. Undo the closing velcro and inside you find a handy "envelope" pocket to store books, complete with a net pocket for cartridges. Ample space in the body of the bag allows for a large book collection, and the whole measures roughly 35 cm (13.5 inches) x 23 cm (9 inches) at its widest.
The bag is finished off with the LeapFrog logo and "LeapPad Learning System" written on the front. This great, practical and high-quality bag is ideal for storing the LeapPad, or any other supplies a child might need. --Lucie Naylor

I recently purchaced the fantastic leappad learning system for my 4 year old daughter.What an amazing educational toy .Although the learning system is brilliant i was finding it hard to carry it about when me as my daughter wanted to take it with her when we were going out and about.It's a bit bulky and didn't fit into any bag that my daughter or i had.This backpack is ideal as she can store the leappad book and all the extra books that i have bought for her and the cartridges too so i now find it a lot easier to take with us when we go out. Thank you Leap Pad!!!!

Both of my children own Leappad Books and Cartridges and I was always searching for them. This is a handy backpack that stores not only the Leapad itself but the books and cartridges. It has a main compartment at the back for the Leappad with a middle compartment for the books and small front net sections for the cartridges. I would say that it easily holds 4 books and cartridges with a maximum of up to 8 books and cartridges along with your Leappad. The backpack itself is lightweight which does help with the carrying element. I would throughly recommend this to anyone whose children own a Leappad as it is ideal to keep all the different elements of the Leappad together and in one easy to find place.

Thankyou Leapfrog! If you have a Leapfrog system for your kids and can never find the cartridge to go with the right book...then this is gonna make life a lot easier!
My daughter loves it as much as the system itself because it makes her feel all grown up now she can carry her stuff about on her back like a rucksack. I notice that you can also get a carry bag for about £12 which looks a bit bigger..but if my daughter is anything to go by...this is ideal..not too heavy and just the right size for the system and 4 cartridges and their books...SUPERB !!!

What more would you want?
If you want somewhere to keep the LeapPad and the books, what more would you want? You can get more than 4 books & cartridges in as each cartridge pocket will fit two cartridges. Read more

A gimmick
Not a good product. Things like bananas and books end up being put into it. A novelty that will add to the mountain of unused kiddies junk in the house
