My son got a leapster 2 for Christmas and we have gone through so many batteries! This recharger is great and I wished I had bought it sooner - would have saved a lot of money and hopefully will from now on! Charge this on mains and attach instead of battery pack. Well worth it!

Plugs straight into the leapster and saves buying batteries. You can also use the power unit to power the leapster from the mains.

Brilliant purchase - once recharged it last for ages and saves having to use standard AA batteries - strongly recommended. However, I'm not so satisfied with the actual Leapster console because of the glitch whereby it has to be recalibrated, this is a real pain and is the only thing that would put me off of recommending it.
