I have been on many leadership courses, and read many books where I have come away kind of knowing "What" I am supposed to do as a leader, but left, on my own, to figure out "How" to do it. This book is the result of robust research, and provides very practical, realistic and actionable evidence-based advice on the "How". I think it would be sound advice to anyone wanting to develop Level 5 Leadership skills (Jim Collins)

This book is excellent. It offers practical, useable advice for both new and experienced managers. It's common sense, but you realise that it's only common sense once it is pointed out to you. Buy it.
