Not being renound for my speed reading or ability to complete a book, an hour after picking up this book I was turning over the last page.The style of Blanchard makes very easy reading and this book is no exception from page one you feel you are stood next to the characters learning along with them. The content, which could so easily be lost in jargon and technique, is simple to understand and put into practice - proof of which was received after a few hours of reading this book I applied what had been taught with success. If your looking to improve your management or leadership skills Blanchard's book is a must.
