Format:Paperback
This is an insightful perspective of what's been happening in the world of organisational leadership to date. More importantly it provides a valuable perspective for the future. What I like about this book is the questions it provokes. It has helped me to better understand approaches to leadership development including the shortcommings of existing approaches. The author provokes thoughtful consideration for future approaches. I'm already looking forward to his next book. Well done.

An intelligent thought provoking book on leadership. Essential reading for anyone in a leadership role or studying this field. The author approaches the subject from some interesting angles which stimulates ideas and reflection on leadership roles and dynamics. I was surprised, as an experienced leader of groups, how much my awareness and understanding of leadership increased in reading this book. It is a unique book in incorporating political, sociological, psychological and philosophical concepts (and others)in the authors exposition on leadership. I'm certainly a better leader for having read it
