I decided to purchase this book after wanting to cement some foundations and drive my leadership skills forward in the workplace. The book is a great read, and provides a good range of ideas, tips and learnings that can be beneficial to any new Team Leader or manager. For the purchase price the content is well organised, and the book offers fantastic value for money (especially the Kindle version for £1.99)
My only criticism of the Kindle edition is the layout and the form the book takes. Each chapter title is a hyperlink, which surprisingly doesn't take you anywhere except to the page you are reading, and there are a number of formatting issues with bordered boxes. Type facing varies across the book, and formatting on some pages is different to formatting on other pages (where they should be exactly the same style). Essentially it looks as though the book has been generated from a badly formed HTML file.
As mentioned, a very good read, but formatting issues need addressing.
