Not all of us can be Bill Gates. At last, a book that covers the 99% of the population that will never start their own business, but still want to be successful within the organisation in which they work.
This book pulls together in a single piece of work the many elements that help towards being successful. Having read other books in a similar genre, my initial thought was "more of the same". However, on closer inspection, that would be an unfair comment. What makes this book stand out for me are the tables provided throughout. They really hit the mark EVERY time.
Clear, concise and to the point. Top marks to Colin Turner.

This is the first Colin Turner book i ever read and i am very impressed. It is not only applicable to those who have a passion to run their own business, but this book also helps a great deal to those who wish to grow up their career ladder in an organization. Its also a great book for those who seek the right direction at workplace, i found its contents very motivating.
Another very intersting topic covered very well in this book is "How to employ right people"...
