Approximate capacity : 1.3L
I tend to use this size for my sauces when there are only two or three eating, and it is a neat fit on the smallest ring on the hob.
Cast iron retains heat longer than any other cooking material so it is ideal for using at the lowest of temperatures and, therefore, is very economical, too.
Cast iron is remarkably easy to wash up, by hand, too - although some soaking and a rub with a plastic brush may be required for those more stubborn remains!
Dishwasher safe.
Boxed, complete with full CAST IRON care and use instructions.
