Eat lots of fat. Even more fat than that. Keep eating fat (lots).
Eat less carbs.
This sounds like the kind of diet that would be well-suited to a hibernating animal like a bear or hedgehog, but having tried the Atkins diet and seen my cholesterol going off the scale, there's no way I'm going to be trying it. I might be lazy, but I'm not crazy.
At the very least, get qualified medical advice before following the advice given in this book.
