Great tips,

I have owned this book for a while now and have read it hundreds of times. Being a bit of a health fanatic ive got loads of books simular to this one but its by far my favourite because it presents all the knowledge about general health with great tips while keeping it light,fun and non complicated. I like it so much i have since bought 2 more books by Anita Naik about body and beauty which i have yet to read but am looking forward to getting round too!
