4.0 out of 5 stars Nice Idea!, 16 Nov 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: The Lazy Girl's Guide to a Fabulous Body (Paperback)
This book has lots going for it. There is tons on how to motivate your self to be the person you want to be. However, It didn't work for me. It wasnt inspiring enough to get me motivated. This is an excellent book for working out in general. It tells you all you need to know about hundreds of different exercises for all parts of the body and has a (complicated!) diet plan thrown in. If you want a book of exercise tips - this is for you!

4.0 out of 5 stars A good buy, 15 Aug 2009

This review is from: The Lazy Girl's Guide to a Fabulous Body (Paperback)
I liked this book, but I have too little motivation to try. But for those who can ignore when the bad food is calling, you should have a good chance to make it. Everything in this book is doable. And if you have a lot to loose, start small instead of thinking of all the weight you have to loose. If I should think about the weight I had in 2003 (51kg) and to now, that would be about 36 lbs to loose or something. But I would be happy if I lost 10-18 lbs as a start. But either way, it's a good book and really for a lazy girl.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good Exercises not Health Options, 3 April 2008
By Apples2Enjoy - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The Lazy Girl's Guide to a Fabulous Body (Paperback)
This has a mulitude of exercise moves! Tons of options, with many moves you can do at home, with minimal purchase of equipment. The major con I have is the "Detox" suggestion. This woman is not a doctor and should not be suggesting that anyone put their body through the torture of detoxing! I thought that was outrageous, and should never be suggested to anyone! Other than that, its a pretty decent book with exercise moves. However I was also hoping for ideas for people who just don't like to work out or with very little time/motivation. Like 'Get up from your desk to talk to someone instead of email, burn __ calories." Something like that in addition to all the exercise moves. Still good reference for new moves!
