Thank you Mrs L J Laws because I did trust you. I've been missing these 2 L & H fims from my collectiion for ages because I actually beleived the fact that this DVD was Region 1 as stated. After reading your review I sent for it and was delighted I did. It does play on my region 2 DVD player and in my PC DVD drive. These 2 films may not be the greatest output from the comic duo but the film print quality of both is pretty good and at £7.00 who can complain. So to anyone else, do not beleive the DVD details, they are 'Nothing but a Mistake'.

After reading the previous 3 reviews i thought i would take the plunge and buy this dvd. Yes it says region 1 but it works fine on region 2 players.

This DVD does play on my UK DVD player. The films are great! They are quite hard to find too I think. I recommend this product.
