No wonder this page is so reticent about the actual content of the disc. Only one of the items, the title piece, is a bona fide L&H film. Otherwise we have three silent shorts with tenuous connections to them ('reputedly written by Stan Laurel', indeed!), 'extracts from the German version of Pardon Us' (I kid you not) and 'a tribute to the boys', a documentary spoilt by the fact its footage is all colourised.
Brats itself, with L&H playing their own children, is a brilliant short. That moment where Ollie is singing the lullaby and Stan breaks in, quaveringly - 'my bay-hay-bee!' - is one of their best ever, funny no matter how many times you've seen it. But overall - not happy! For the publishers to call this an L&H disc at all is pushing their luck.
