'A Creature I Don't Know' has been confirmed as the title of the third album by Laura Marling, it will be released on the 12th of September on Virgin Records, and is produced by Ethan Johns (Kings Of Leon, Ryan Adams, Ray LaMontagne, Emmylou Harris).
It follows the success of her sophomore record 'I Speak Because I Can' (also produced by Johns) - both that and her debut 'Alas I Cannot Swim' were Mercury nominated, and this February she won the Best British Female Solo Artist prize at the Brit Awards, and best solo artist at the NME awards.
This summer Laura will be premiering songs from the album at a handful of festivals, including Glastonbury, Green Man, and The End Of The Road Festival and in July will also be playing a 'Highlands Tour' which sees her taken in some of the most northerly venues in the UK.
