Laura Canning

Laura Canning is a writer and editor based in Belfast, Ireland. Her first novel Taste the Bright Lights was published to high critical acclaim in March 2008; its second edition was published in November 2010. She is also a journalist with dozens of publishing credits in Irish and UK newspapers including the Guardian - samples of her published pieces are available to view at her website http://www.lauracanning.net, as well as her full-length screenplay of Taste the Bright Lights.

Laura is currently writing her second novel, about internal sex trafficking in the UK.
