About the Author
Robert Holden founded The Happiness Project. He established the first ever NHS Laughter Clinic in Britain, and also the first NHS Stress Busters clinic. His innovative work was featured in two highly successful TV documentaries – QED’s ‘How to be Happy’ and BBC’s ‘Stress Busters’.
